The Twelve Events till Christmas !
We have fantastic fun this year and here a few of our favourite events for 2014.
January: saw Kath and Kim (and Sharon) sailing the high seas on Australia Day in their sell out show ‘Nautical but Noice’!
February: At the Fairmont Hotel. The glorious Divas Strolling Tables were a hit and Julia and Tony Abbott set a cracking pace on the ‘Where’s Poli?’ hunt in the Blue Mountains.
March: The Hong Kong Cancer Fund Gala fundraiser 2014.. ‘Casanova – A Night in Venice’. Our fabulous opera stars soared and delighted from Puccini to GAGA!!
April: Ramsay Health Care celebrates 50 years. Sydney Town Hall at her finest and a fitting farewell for founder Paul Ramsay who passed away 3 weeks later. Leave it to Diva had 16 tap-dancers on stage and the fabulous Dame Edna Everage contributed to this amazing event.
May: The Priscilla Spectacular hits the Camel farm at Uluru. Red dirt, sequins, disco and the best drag in the business. Jax Tyres are Priscilla converts now. (and we welcomed a new baby camel called ‘Priscilla’!)
June: Hino Trucks and a brilliant conference at the Sydney Four Seasons Hotel.
The ‘Hino-ettes’ sang every award winner to the stage with our specially created jingles!
July: The world premiere of ‘ The Basseynettes” the 3 Shirley Basseys took the Sydney Dance Company fundraiser by storm. The fabulous Tom Sharah, Deb Krizak and Lesley Hancock (here with Rafael Bonacella)
August: Hong Kong again and the theme was Cabaret.. an amazing evening at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong with Tom Sharah, Lucy Maunder and Elise McCann.
September: ‘The Swinging 60’s’ was the theme for Ramsays Manager’s Conference at the Westin Hotel Sydney. Dusty Springfield, Austin Powers and the cast of Grease!
October: Daydream Island was transformed into ‘Gilligan’s Island’ with the complete crew shipwrecked with Plumbing Plus.. We even orchestrated a mermaid on a rock!
November: Patsy and Edina were off and racing with 800 guests at Darling Harbour for an Absolutely Fabulous Melbourne Cup! And then, of course, the magnificent Gerry Connolly as the Queen for Pindara Private Hospital.
December: We wound up the year with Sane Event Group at the Star. Julia, Tony and his daughters and a Christmas song from Susan Boyle!
