So you are getting married! Well if you want a fabulous wedding then you need a fabulous celebrant! 🙂
I am committed to making your day unique, romantic, fun and the best day ever. From stylish romance to quirky fun with the ‘wow factor’ thrown in. I also work as a professional event producer, performer and writer so know how to put on a great show. There are lots of options to theme your wedding. For example, at my first wedding as a celebrant the bride wanted me dressed as Aphrodite the Goddess of Love! Yes, it was a big FAB Greek wedding. The bride was a goddess in gold and the day was filled with laughter and love.
I can design your celebration so that it’s unique and personal and as a fully qualified and registered Civil Celebrant, the legal and official side of your ceremony will be taken care of as well.
This is the to ensure your occasion will be one that people will remember for a long time.
A celebration of a life, or memorial ceremony can be a fitting tribute to your loved one by remembering, acknowledging and celebrating their life, loves and achievements. It will also provide comfort to friends and family by giving them acknowledgement of their grief and loss.
An appropriate and personal service can be an important step in the healing process. I am happy to meet with you and, with your knowledge write and conduct a ceremony that meets your needs and reflects the many wonderful attributes of your loved one. If you wish, I will write the eulogy based on the information you give me and I encourage family and friends to be included in the service by reading poems or tributes.
I can help choose music and readings for the service and am open to accommodating special requests. To have some fun is never out of the question, a favourite song, a four-legged loved-one or a kick-line that provides a joyful memory is a wonderful way to remember a life well lived.
Renewal of Vows
The renewal of vows ceremony (also known as re-affirmation of vows) is for married couples wishing to re affirm the vows of love and commitment they took on their wedding day, whether it was 1 year, 10 years or 50 years ago.
There is no legal implication relating to this ceremony. It provides you and your partners an opportunity for your family and friends to participate, witness, and affirm your continuing love and support for each other.
This is the perfect way to officially welcome baby into the family and the community. It is a time to mark a rite of passage; to bring everyone together to celebrate this new life and pledge promises to guide and support your new family member.
You can involve other family members too, like Grandparents and also appoint Godparents and Mentors. Certificates will be provided to mark the special occasion
When a couple makes a Commitment to each other, whether legally recognised or not, it is a time for celebration and the perfect opportunity to bring people together to celebrate this thing we call LOVE The ceremony can be in a similar format to a wedding, or can be completely different. Equally, a same sex commitment ceremony can express the couples promises in a less formal, but equally touching way.
There are no limits with this form of ceremony. Tell me what you have in mind and we can make it happen.
It is an exciting time to be a part of Australian history in the making. Now that same sex marriage is finally legalised you be very glad you locked that date in early!
Every ceremony is different and my charges vary accordingly, (for example a mid-week wedding is cheaper than a weekend.) My fees are very reasonable and mid-range.
